Cigar City Brewing is a 15-barrel brewhouse in the Carver City-Lincoln Gardens neighborhood of Tampa. With 19 fermentors, six 15 barrels, ten 30 barrels, and three 60 barrels, there is rarely a day when each tank isn’t filled with beer. They use the highest quality ingredients they can get their hands on. They also strive to use local ingredients when and where they can. Their fresh local ingredients help them to make beer that reflects the culture and heritage of Tampa Bay.
